RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


At BUY GOWN, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our RETURN POLICY (available at https://buygown.co/policies/refund-policy) below.


All sales are final! We do not accept returns or exchanges for ANY Item purchased on sale with discounted price!


Items (except those purchased on sale) may be returned with a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


Condition of Items:
Only items in their original condition — undamaged, with undamaged Secure Return Tags, unworn, without any stains, or alterations, any odor, unwashed, with all tags, and in the original packaging—are eligible for return. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.


Return Time Frame:
You must contact us within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.

 

Returned item shall be delivered to us within 7 (seven) calendar days after return is approved.


Refund Process:
Once we receive, inspect and accept the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 (seven) business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.


Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are permitted only once per item. The exchanged item must meet the same condition criteria as returns (25% restocking fee)

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during returns. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@buygown.co within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • Follow the provided instructions to send the item back.
